National Day...two weeks and counting

9th of August...the day known as National Day. The day where Singaporeans (citizens,PRs and "foreign talents" alike) come together to celebrate the nation's birthday. The day where there will be yet another song composed praising Singapore and encouraging people to help Singapore prosper. Then there will be fireworks and everyone goes home happy...


After that there will be a National Day speech by our amazing PM saying how far we have come so far and suggesting another pay raise. The nation will be brainwashed yet again and continue their work as drones...

Next year,the cycle repeats itself...

Floorball yesterday...

Ok,continuing from my last post,we played floorball yesterday. Thanks to the whole team,we won every match.

Also,we witnessed first hand how good Timo was in floorball. While our team was playing against his, (with Ryan being unofficial occasional commentator), he was the goalkeeper for 3/4 of the match.

The score? 6-1 with me letting in one of my two goals...

What's weird is that when we played the same team again,Zhong Wei was the goalkeeper and the score was 1-1. And Timo is one fat guy,so it's strange that he let in more goals than Zhong Wei. He also tackled Jia Hao 5 times...but Jia Hao was on his team...he also kept on saying woots for no reason...

I have nothing to say. Timo,seeking attention this way does not work.

School Rox!!!

For the first time,I actually liked school today,probably becos there was very little hmwk and school ended at 1.05pm.

Anyway,the first lesson was PE. And we played floorball! And I was in Seetoh's team,so I expected us to own everyone since the team consisted of: Melvin,Yijun,Jon Phua,Nic Chew,Seetoh and me,the guy who can't be a goalkeeper.

Speaking of goalkeeping,I let in 2 goals today...
